Terms and Conditions

Summer 2026 Special Offer.

1. The Promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894).
2. This offer entitles eligible new customers to 25% off the standard published day care rate at their local Bruce’s centre for all day care attended during July and August.
3. To qualify, dogs must start attending Bruce’s during July 2026.
4. The 25% discount will be automatically applied to all eligible day care sessions attended during July and August 2026.
5. The discount applies to day care fees only and excludes doggy bus fees and any other services or charges.
6. This offer is available to new Bruce’s Doggy Day Care customers only.
7. Customers must book and commence their regular day care attendance during July 2026 to qualify.
8. Dogs must be enrolled for a minimum of one regular day of day care per week.
9. A free taster day remains available in accordance with Bruce’s standard enrolment process.
10. Places are subject to availability at each Bruce’s centre.
11. If the Client cancels their regular day care before the end of the promotional period, any future promotional discount will cease from the cancellation date.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or introductory offer.
13. Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
14. The offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. By a) signing up to a free taster day or b) enrolling a dog with or c) permitting a dog to attend or d) accepting the Services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.
