Dog Days of Summer 2026 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

The Dog Days of Summer Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to all active Bruce’s customers whose dogs attend day care during the Dog Days of Summer campaign period between 06.07.26 and 28.08.26.
Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for each week their dog attends during the promotional period. Multiple attendances within the same themed week will count as one entry unless otherwise stated.
No additional action is required to enter the Prize Draw.
The prize is up to three (3) days of Bruce’s Doggy Day Care per week, free of charge, during the 8-week Dog Days of Summer 2027 campaign period (the “Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
Prize Conditions: a) The Prize is limited to a maximum of three (3) Bruce’s Doggy Day Care days per week during the 8-week Dog Days of Summer 2027 campaign period. b) The winner may use the Prize for their existing weekly day care schedule, up to a maximum of three (3) days per week. c) Where the winner’s existing schedule is fewer than three (3) days per week, they may request additional free day care days up to the maximum allowance of three (3) days per week. d) Any additional days above the winner’s existing schedule are subject to availability at the winner’s chosen centre and cannot be guaranteed. e) All Prize bookings must be made in advance and are subject to Bruce’s standard booking policies and terms of service. f) Unused Prize days cannot be carried forward, exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer or dog, or redeemed outside of the Dog Days of Summer 2027 campaign period. g) The Prize applies to Day Care services only and excludes doggy bus travel and any other ancillary services unless otherwise agreed by Bruce’s. h) Bruce’s reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised Prize unavailable.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the promotion closing date.
The winner will be notified using the contact details held on their Bruce’s customer account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Bruce’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that Bruce’s may announce the winner’s first name, dog’s name, and home centre across its marketing channels.
Bruce’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Bruce’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Prize Draw is final.
Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
