The standards on this page are what we promise. Here’s what pet parents say when they see them in action, every day.
Our dog is precious to us and so when we sent her once a week to Bruce’s we had to be 100% sure. She is picked up by Aime who is truly wonderful and we don’t even get a backward glance from our baby. The people here really care about the dogs and give regular feedback. It’s worth every penny.
We have been using Bruce’s Cobham since our golden retriever (Jess) was 3 months old… she’s now almost 3 years old and still loves it! Our bus driver Dan is always on time and is so good with her. Their doggy day care service is second to none, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Bruce’s is great! They were really welcoming and were happy for us to pop round and have a look and discuss their site. They are really knowledgeable and the dog loves it! When we pick up our dog, they are exhausted and you can see that they have played all day with other dogs and the staff. They even send photos via the website of what they get up to.
If you have a question about a centre’s licence, supervision, transport or your dog’s day, speak to your local Bruce’s team. We’ll always be happy to talk you through how we care for dogs and how our centres are run.
