Terms & Conditions

Bark to School New Member Incentive

1. The Promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894).
2. This offer is only valid for new customers of Bruce’s or those who have not been an active customer in the last 3 months.
3. The Client must subscribe their dog to a minimum of 1 regular service day of doggy day care at any Bruce’s centre.
4. This offer entitles the Client to 20% off the website day care price for their local Bruce’s centre for their first month of membership.
5. The discount will be applied to the total monthly day care fees, not inclusive of bus fees.
6. Doggy bus spaces are limited and can’t be guaranteed.
7. The Client must sign up and their dog to start at day care before 31st October 2026 to be eligible for the offer.
8. The Client must set up a Direct Debit payment for their day care subscription during the onboarding process to qualify for the offer.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, offer or discount, including our multiple dog discount.
10. Prices are subject to change as part of Bruce’s annual pricing review. Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd will always give The Client advanced notice via email of the exact increase each year. 
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or remove the offer at any time.
12. The offer is not transferable; no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. By a) signing up to a free taster day or b) enrolling a dog with or c) permitting a dog to attend or d) accepting the Services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.

New Member Rewards

1. The Promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894).
2. Bruce’s New Member Rewards are available to eligible new customers who enrol their dog for regular doggy day care with Bruce’s from 17th August 2026.
3. New Member Rewards are linked to the Client’s continued active day care membership and comprise:
   • Month 1 – New Joiner Incentive – 20% off eligible doggy day care fees for the Client’s first month, subject to the applicable New Joiner Offer terms.
   • Month 2 – Extra Day Reward – One additional day of doggy day care per week at no additional day care charge during the Client’s second month of membership. Applied to the Client’s account as 4 Free of Charge ad hoc day care days to book.
   • Month 6 – Loyalty Reward – 25% off eligible doggy day care fees for Month 6. Applied as a credit note against your month six invoice.
4. For the purposes of New Member Rewards, “Month 1”, “Month 2” and “Month 6” are calculated first billing month.
5. The Month 2 Extra Day Reward is subject to availability at the Client’s Bruce’s centre and must be booked directly by the Client on their preferred days via the Bruce’s App or Customer Care team.
6. The Extra Day Reward covers day care only. Any applicable doggy bus or additional service charges remain payable.
7. Unused free days cannot be carried forward, exchanged for another benefit, refunded or redeemed for cash.
8. The Client must remain an active Bruce’s member and meet the requirements of their regular day care subscription to receive each reward.
9. If a Client cancels their membership before reaching a reward month, any future New Member Rewards will be forfeited.
10. If membership is paused, suspended or otherwise interrupted for reasonable reasons such as neutering, illness or injury, Bruce’s will pause the reward timetable and continue calculating the rewards from the original start date once service resumes.
11. Rewards are personal to the Client and dog to whom they were awarded and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
12. New Member Rewards can be combined with another promotion, offer or discount, including Bruce’s multiple-dog discount.
13. Doggy bus places and additional day care places are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
14. Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw New Member Rewards where reasonably necessary. Any change will not affect rewards already earned.
15. Bruce’s standard Terms and Conditions continue to apply throughout the Client’s membership.
