“My pup, Flynn, has been at Woodcote Green for a year. I have nothing but good things to say about the facilities, the wonderful, kind and considerate staff and the service. They keep us updated and are very flexible. If we ask them to keep an eye on Flynn, for anything, they always update when we pick him up. Flynn wags his tail the whole way there and literally cries with excitement. He drags whoever is taking him out of the car as he’s keen to see his friends. “Bracken is a 12-year old Labrador who takes life at a very relaxed pace now. However, she is always so excited when she arrives at Bruce’s because she knows the staff are so warm and welcoming and that she is going to have a good time, playing with the other dogs, joining in with the varied activities that they arrange or just resting quietly (as befits an elderly lady!).
