With 68.2% of our team identifying as female, it’s plain to see that women play a leading role in delivering the expert care, enrichment, and love that makes Bruce’s special. And it doesn’t stop there. Out of our 24 strong management team, almost 63% of the positions are held by women and a further 67% of our senior leadership team.
