Centre Plans and Development

Taking in all of the achievements, good times and challenges we’ve experienced in 2023, we now look forward to 2024.

Our number one priority is always to enrich the lives of dogs, and give your pups the best day, every day they spend with us!

In 2023, we invested heavily in our Rewards and Recognition program and we have celebrated achievements, milestones and general pawsomeness across our amazing team, as well as launching our inaugural People Celebration day, and we will continue to build on this throughout the year. However in 2024, our big focus is going to be on customer experience – both canine and human! 

This year, we will be investing more into our centres by creating new sensory areas, installing even more natural features to improve field variety for the dogs, building new play equipment, more and better cosy indoor spaces and smarter access zones to enable the dogs to experience different fields with their same furry friends.

Our centre investment plans will also mean improved landscaping which will bring multiple benefits as well as countering some of the challenges we’ve seen following a very wet autumn and start to the winter.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store this year and we hope that you’ll all be joining us on the adventure to create more wonderful memories!
