Terms and Conditions

Bark to Bruce’s 20% Off Special Offer.

1. The Promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894).
2. This offer entitles the Client to 20% off for 4 months for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days of regular day care at their local Bruce’s centre when they reactivate their day care subscription.
3. This offer is only eligible previous customers of Bruce’s who have not been an active customer in the last 3 months.
4. Dogs must subscribe to a minimum of 1 regular service day of doggy day care.
5. Doggy bus spaces are limited and can’t be guaranteed.
6. The Client will be eligible for 20% off the website price for day care for 4 months from the reactivated start date.
7. The 20% discount will be applied to the total monthly day care fees, not inclusive of bus fees.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
9. Prices are subject to change as part of Bruce’s annual pricing review, usually in May but not exclusive to this month. Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd will always give The Client at least 30 days’ notice via email of the exact increase each year. 
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or remove the offer at any time.
11. The offer is not transferable; no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. By a) signing up to a free taster day or b) enrolling a dog with or c) permitting a dog to attend or d) accepting the Services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.
