Pumpkin is a great low calorie snack your dog can enjoy. Here some tasty ideas on how you can use pumpkin into your dogs diet.

Add some mashed up cooked pumpkin to your dogs usual kibble. A perfect choice for a cosy Sunday brunch.

Blitz up some cooked pumpkin with some plain yogurt and put into ice cube moulds and freeze ready for a post-walk cool down.

Boo dog biscuits!
Simply mix 1 cup of pumpkin puree, adding ½ cup of dog-friendly peanut butter. Slowly add 1 and ¾ cup of plain flour. Mix together and cut to shape, bake at 180c for around 8-10 minutes.

Witches’s dog wedges

Preheat the oven to 160c. Peel and remove the seeds of your pumpkin and chop into wedges. In a bowl toss the wedges with two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoons of honey. Roast on a tray for 20-25 minutes.

Ensure all of your baked goodies have cooled before serving.
