Terms and Conditions

NY26 20% Introductory Offer

1. The Promoter is Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company number 07602894) (“Bruce’s”).
2. This offer entitles the Client to 20% off the standard published day care rate at their local Bruce’s Doggy Day Care centre for the first six (6) months of their regular service.
3. The 20% discount will be applied to the Client’s first six (6) monthly invoices, calculated from the Client’s regular service start date.
4. The discount applies to day care services only and excludes doggy bus fees and any additional services.
5. This offer is available to new customers of Bruce’s Doggy Day Care Cobham, Ditchling and Woodcote Green only.
6. To qualify, the Client must sign up and commence their regular service on or before 31 January 2026.
7. To remain eligible for the offer, the Client must subscribe to a minimum of one (1) regular doggy day care service day per week.
8. All day care places and doggy bus services are subject to availability and standard eligibility criteria.
9. If the Client cancels their subscription during the discounted period, the offer will cease immediately, and any remaining discounted invoices will be forfeited.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11. Bruce’s prices are subject to review and may increase from time to time. Where applicable, Clients will be provided with at least one (1) month’s notice of any price changes.
12. Bruce’s reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time where reasonably necessary.
13. This offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. By (a) signing up for a free taster day, (b) enrolling a dog, (c) permitting a dog to attend, or (d) accepting the services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client confirms acceptance of Bruce’s Standard Terms and Conditions which apply in addition to these offer-specific terms.
